What are Geometry Dash Moderators?

Elder Moderators and Moderators are people chosen by RobTop (developer of the game) that moderate the game.

You can recognize a Moderator by their badge near their name on their Geometry Dash profile page.

Moderators

The Moderator system was added in update 2.0 and the people who RobTop has given access to have granted the following privileges:

  • A special in-game Star button that let's them send levels directly to RobTop by suggesting difficulty stars and if rated-only or featured worthy (but cannot select epic).
    • Moderator's level suggestions are later rated by RobTop. Moderator's can't rate levels.
  • A special in-game Demon button that let's them rate Demon levels difficulties.
    • Demon difficulties are set based on community and Moderators votes, however Moderators have higher priority.
  • Their yellow badge showing up near their name in the comment section of levels, along with light green text.
    • The badge also shows up on their profile page.
